Government / Corporate
This category applies if you are a government agency or company.
Student / Young Person
Under the age of 25 years old or a full-time student - providing proof of full-time (non-earning) student status.
Group Registration
When registering as a group, please ensure you have the following details for each person you are registering:
Email address
Any dietary or accessibility requirements
A couple more things!
All registrations must be accompanied by full payment
If full payment is not received by Friday 04 July 2025, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
Your credit card statement will show the payment to Composition Ltd (who processes the registration fees).
Shared registrations are not permitted.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. No need to worry about any hidden fees or surprises!

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to INVOLVE you are welcome to contact us in writing (involve@composition.co.nz) to nominate a replacement delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 04 July 2025.
No refunds will be issued after 04 July 2025.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for any cancelled accommodation, airfares or other related expenses for your travel to the Conference.

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
