Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre can be accessed by delegates at 188 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch.

There is no carpark located at Te Pae Christchurch. There are however secure parks are located in close proximity to the venue.

The venue caters to allergen requirements. Upon registering, please specify your dietary needs in the special dietary requirements box. Additionally, the venue will make every effort to accommodate for non-allergy dietary requirements, though full catering cannot be ensured.

No food or drinks from external sources are permitted inside Te Pae Christchurch, this is strictly enforced by security. Don’t worry we will have plenty of yummy kai available to keep the hunger pains at bay!

Yes. We will have the following dedicated spaces for our whānau to use if required;
Accessible parents/guardians room equipped with feeding area, change table and food preparation area.

Sunflower Lanyards
We recognise that not all disabilities are visible. If you or someone you’re registering is living with a hidden disability, you may wish to wear a Sunflower Lanyard at INVOLVE.
Wearing the Sunflower is a discreet way to indicate that you may need a little extra support, understanding, or time. Our team and event partners are familiar with the lanyard and are here to help wherever possible. description

Yes, all accommodation requirements are to be booked by the delegates themselves.

Dress comfortably and wear shoes that are good for walking. Due to the size of the conference, the rooms are usually quite spread out.

Yes, free wifi is available within the venue.

Networking with other INVOLVE delegates is available through the conference app which will be open to all registered attendees approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. From the app you will have access to a list of registered attendees who have opted into the networking platform. The delegate list is searchable by a number of different criteria.

Te Pae Christchurch is a non smoking venue. Smoking within the venue is prohibited, this includes vapes and e-cigarettes.
Registration FAQs

Attendance to all plenary and concurrent sessions, daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea), admission to stall area and did we mention the networking and learning!

You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or invoice. If paying by invoice, the payment terms are strictly 7 days after receipt of the invoice.

No discounts apply to group registrations.

Shared registrations are not permitted.

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by 04 July 2025.
After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Yes, registrations are accepted onsite, however we encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information, and it allows us to account for accurate numbers in catering.
