Not for Profit Stand
Included in your stand:

  • Space only, with one poster board / black velcro compatible fabric, one clothed trestle table and chairs

  • 50-word profile of the company with contact details listed in the conference app

NOTE:

  • Velcro dots (hook side) to be used to hang posters etc onto the poster board

  • No power is provided

  • Nothing may be affixed to the venue walls surrounding your allocated space.

To help ease the process, exhibitors are welcome to drop off stand materials the day prior, on Wednesday 6 August, between 1.00pm–6.00pm.

Delivery Instructions:

  • Location: Te Pae Loading Dock, 102 Armagh Street, Christchurch (opposite Victoria Square, near the Colombo & Armagh Street intersection)

  • Access: A Te Pae staff member will be stationed at the gate—please let them know which conference you're attending

  • Date & Time: Wednesday 6 August, 1.00pm–6.00pm

Important: Please do not bring any items through the front entrance. All exhibitor gear must be delivered via the Armagh Street loading dock. Once delivered, your materials will be transferred to your stand and ready for Thursday morning pack-in.

  • Wireless connectivity is readily available throughout the Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre.

    Guests will have access to free public wi-fi, with a 1Mbps access limit per user, on a shared 20Mbps bandwidth. This allows for basic browsing, email and social media. Premium service and event specific network services for exhibitors can be requested by completing the Internet Services Order Form via EventServices@tepae.co.nz.

    Custom solutions for a wider bandwidth can be tailored to suit the event needs by working with our event ICT services team.

  • Please get in touch with Te Pae for arrangements for any deliveries and storage.

    Storage space is limited and must be arranged with the Event Services department. Please contact: EventServices@tepae.co.nz

    To provide a quality service, we draw your attention to the following important information:

    • To ensure adequate resources are available, we do kindly ask that you submit requirements in advance by contacting your dedicated Event Coordinator regarding all expected deliveries, shipments, contractors and vendors who require access to the venue.

    • It is critical to book pack in and pack out times in advance directly with centre management via your Event Coordinator or the Event Services Assistant. Please do not assume that access is available at all times.

    • To ensure courier deliveries are directed to the correct final location, please refer to the centre’s Delivery Label, which can be found in the online toolkit. Please ensure that all items are accurately labelled, including piece count (e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3). Te Pae Christchurch cannot take responsibility for incorrectly labelled goods.

    • The centre will accept and sign for deliveries, however, upon receipt, Te Pae Christchurch will not be responsible for checking the status or condition of goods delivered and will not be responsible for any payment to delivery companies.

    • Storage space is extremely limited, and deliveries are accepted 24 hours prior to the event commencing.

    Te Pae Event Services Assistant will assist all exhibitors with any services they may require for their booth (e.g., stand catering, booth cleaning etc.) on the email,EventServices@tepae.co.nz
