Though 2020 has some serious series finale vibes, Anya believes that there is plenty to work for and towards, and she believes that young people should be at the beating heart of New Zealand’s recovery. COVID-19, 4IR, BLM, Tiktok- it’s been a changing year for acronyms, pandemics, accelerating change, and 30 second dance videos. Despite all of this, there is great reason for hope as we take up the challenge of building a new world with young people- one that’s equitable, participatory and inclusive.
