When is the deadline for registrations?

Early Bird registrations will end on 8 May, after which the prices will increase - but we'll be keeping registrations open until the conference.

Are there discounted rates for registrations?

Yes, there are! As well as our Early Bird rates (which let you save $$$ if you book by 8 May) there are special rates for: individual and organisational members of SYHPANZ, Ara Taiohi and Korowai Tupu; young people (aged under 25) and students; groups of five or more people booking at once. Just make sure you select the correct rate when you register.

Can my organisation have a stall at INVOLVE?

Where will INVOLVE 2020 be held?

INVOLVE 2020 will take place predominantly at the Michael Fowler Centre on Wellington's waterfront. Some programme sessions will be hosted nearby by our generous supporters.

Will INVOLVE 2020 be accessible?

We are eager to do all we can to make INVOLVE an accessible event. The venues will be physically accessible, and we will be offering sign language support to those who need it. If you have any suggestions for how we can ensure that INVOLVE meets the needs of everyone who wants to come, please let us know!
