Karen Pitman, Dr Terryann Clark and Te Rawhitiroa Bosch. Their biographies are below.
Karen Pitman (America)

Karen is the Executive Director of the Forum for Youth Investment in America. A sociologist and recognised leader in youth development, Karen has made a career starting organisations and initiatives that promote youth development. A widely published author, Karen has written three books and dozens of articles on youth issues and is a regular columnist (Youth Today) and public speaker.
Committed to increasing the quality and quantity of youth investment and youth involvement in the United States, the Forum supports organisations and communities that invest in young people by promoting a "big picture" approach to planning, research, advocacy and policy development among the broad range of national organisations that help communities invest in children, youth and families.
Dr Terryann Clark PhD, MPH, RcPN (Nga Puhi), (Aotearoa)

Terryann Clark is a nurse with a range of clinical, teaching and research experience in youth health. Terryann works at the University of Auckland as a senior lecturer and HealthWEST PHO as an adolescent nurse specialist. Terryann is a member of the Adolescent Health Research Group that has undertaken a range of youth health surveys in secondary schools (Youth'2000 and Youth'07), Alternative Education sites (AE), and Teen Parent Units (TPU).

As the National Youth Coordinator for the Enviroschools Foundation Te Rawhitiroa is currently working with the Kōtuia! crew leading Te Aho Tū Roa - Kōtuia! - a nationwide project working with rangatahi Māori in wharekura and communities around Aotearoa to connect: People to People, People to Place
Te Rawhitiroa has been an instigator, mentor, facilitator and leader at the Enviroschools Youth Jam events in 2007, 2008 and in the ReGeneration Roadtrip in 2009. Receiving the Vodafone Foundation World of Difference grant this year has supported him to work with his passion for rangatahi and performance and realise the vision of Kōtuia!
Te Rawhitiroa presented at Involve 08 and was a youth keynote speaker for 2009 NZ Association of Environmental Educators, he was also recognised in the Youth Week 08 project Celebrating Everyday Young New Zealanders and featured in the second issue of Good Magazine. He looks forward to connecting again with the whanau at Involve 2010.
